Lisa and Jordan: My Little Surprise

My blog is lame due to the lack of knowledge on how to make a blog look better. Feel free to teach me! So since I'm not huge on telling the entire facebook world about my personal life,Ill use this to give updates on my upcoming excitements. I figure If you care enough to read this you must at least know me and like me somewhat :) Im kind of against telling the entire world all my business and since I was that person who thought it would be cool to add a billion people as friends I don't really know most of them very well.

Jordan and I are back from Hawaii for the time being. I just grauduated with a Bachelors from BYU Hawaii.

This is why its cool to graduate from Hawaii, all the lei's make you feel awesome!!

Im doing an internship working in a girls home ( aka orphanage) in Rosmead California. I haven't started yet and am a little nervous since this girls home is for girls who have had the most trouble and hardships. My heart really goes out to them as I have been told their stories and it kills me know that someone could treat another person that horribly. On the flip side I love the opportunity I have to hopefully make a difference in these girls lives. Social work doesn't pay well but its something I love if it means I can help just one person.

Jordan's working Construction for the summer, and saving up for his last two semesters of college. He finishes in April 2014, which means Hawaii again in September...

Well heres some more exciting news.

Im Pregnant!!

If you didn't catch it I was born in April, Jordan in March, and our new addition will be here in October. Yes its quick and no It wasn't exactly planned, but Jordan and I are thrilled! I had wanted to wait a little bit, but I guess the Lord had other plans, and thats okay by me. Im about 14 weeks along and starting to show. Since all you Texas folk probably wont see me I decided I should post it somewhere. Its pretty weird for me, Getting a new husband is one thing preparing to be a mom so quick is another. My pants are slowly not fitting and my belly button is about to poke out. haha Im due October 11 2013, which is exciting because my little squirt will have cousins the same age! No that wasnt planned either :)
